We will pick you up at your hotel or guesthouse and visit Namibia’s premier tourist attraction—Etosha National Park! Etosha is one of the world’s largest game parks, extending more than 350km from east to west. The wide-open plains, numerous waterholes, and a large number of game (estimated at 200 lions, 16 000 zebras, 7000 oryx/gemsbok, 2500 elephants, 3000 giraffes, 600 black rhino, and many other species) makes visits to Etosha National Park very rewarding. First, you will do an afternoon game drive through the park, visiting waterholes looking for predators and their prey, zebra, giraffe, elephant, rhino, and many different species, before sunset. Then, at the Okaukuejo Resort, you can settle into your rooms while waiting for dinner to be served.
After breakfast, we continue our adventure in Etosha National Park with an extended game drive in the morning, trying to take in as much of this beautiful park and its wild animals as possible. Your second game drive mid-morning takes you to the impressive Etosha Pan, also known as the great white place. Here, you can get out of the vehicle and experience this 4500sq km saline desert before continuing your game drive to look for the Big Four. Next, you return to the resort for lunch while you dip in the pool. After lunch, you begin your final game drive towards Okaukuejo, passing some well-known waterholes and leaving the park before sunset. Finally, you will return to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay.
We end our Etosha National Park experience with a quick breakfast before returning to Namibia's capital, Windhoek. On our way back, we will stop at the open market in Okahandja, where you can buy souvenirs to remind you of our beautiful country and the experience you had with us. Then, finally, we will drop you off at your hotel and bid you farewell until we see you again.
