Tour Plan
Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara
- Morning: Depart Nairobi early in the morning and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve (approximately 5-6 hours).
- Midday: Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch.
- Afternoon: Embark on your first game drive in the Masai Mara, where you can spot the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino) among other wildlife. (subject to timing - an optional activity i.e nature walk and maasai village visit can be done)
- Evening: Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara
- Morning: Early morning game drive to catch the animals at their most active.
- Midday: Return to the lodge/camp for breakfast and some rest. Optionally, visit a local Maasai village to learn about their culture.
- Afternoon: After lunch, another game drive to explore different areas of the reserve.
- Evening: Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru
- Morning: After breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park (approximately 5 hours drive).
- Midday: Arrive at your lodge or camp in Lake Nakuru in time for lunch.
- Afternoon: Enjoy a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos, rhinos, and tree-climbing lions.
- Evening: Return to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi
- Morning: Early morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park.
- Midday: Return to the lodge/camp for breakfast and check-out.
- Afternoon: Drive back to Nairobi (approximately 3-4 hours), arriving in the late afternoon.
