Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve Simba & Oryx Nature Camp

Morning:

Departure from Nairobi: Early morning departure from Nairobi to the Masai Mara National Reserve by road (approximately 5-6 hours) or by a short chartered flight.
Arrival and Check-In: Arrive at your lodge or camp in the Masai Mara, check-in, and freshen up.

Afternoon:

Lunch: Enjoy a delicious lunch at your lodge.
First Game Drive in the Masai Mara: Head out for an afternoon game drive. The Masai Mara is renowned for its large populations of lions, cheetahs, and leopards, as well as the Great Migration (July-October).

Evening:

Sundowner: Enjoy a sundowner in the park with stunning views of the savannah.
Dinner: Return to your lodge, Simba & Oryx Nature Camp
for dinner and relaxation.

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve Simba & Oryx Nature Camp

Early Morning:

Optional Balloon Safari: For an additional fee, take an early morning hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara, followed by a champagne breakfast.
Game Drive: Alternatively, embark on an early morning game drive to spot predators and other wildlife.

Mid-Morning:

Breakfast: Return to your lodge for breakfast.

Late Morning and Afternoon:

Game Drives: Spend the day exploring the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Visit the Mara River to potentially witness crocodiles and hippos and see the famous crossing points during the migration season.
Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch in the reserve or return to your lodge for a meal.

Evening:

Dinner: Return to your lodge, Simba & Oryx Nature Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park Punda Milias Nakuru Camp

Early Morning:

Breakfast and Check-Out: Have an early breakfast, check out from your lodge, and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park (approximately 5-6 hours drive).

Mid-Morning:

Scenic Drive: Enjoy the scenic drive, passing through the Great Rift Valley with stops for photos.

Afternoon:

Arrival and Check-In: Arrive at Lake Nakuru, check-in at your lodge or camp, and have lunch.
Afternoon Game Drive: Head out for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingo-filled lake, rhinos, lions, and leopards.

Evening:

Sundowner: Enjoy a sundowner by the lake.
Dinner: Return to your lodge, Punda Milias Nakuru Camp
for dinner and relaxation.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha Burch's Resort Naivasha

Early Morning:

Breakfast and Check-Out: Have breakfast, check out from your lodge, and head to Lake Naivasha (approximately 1-2 hours drive).

Mid-Morning:

Arrival and Check-In: Arrive at Lake Naivasha, check-in at your lodge, and freshen up.
Boat Ride on Lake Naivasha: Enjoy a boat ride on the lake, spotting hippos, a variety of bird species, and possibly giraffes and zebras along the shore.

Afternoon:

Lunch: Have lunch at your lodge or a local restaurant.
Visit Crescent Island: Take a guided walking safari on Crescent Island, which offers close encounters with giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species.

Evening:

Sundowner: Enjoy a sundowner by the lake.
Dinner: Return to your lodge, Burch's Resort Naivasha
for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha to Nairobi

Early Morning:

Optional Activity: Optional early morning activity such as a visit to Hell's Gate National Park for a game drive or cycling safari.

Mid-Morning:

Breakfast and Check-Out: Have breakfast, check out from your lodge, and prepare for the journey back to Nairobi.

Afternoon:

Drive to Nairobi: Depart Lake Naivasha and drive back to Nairobi (approximately 2-3 hours).
Lunch: Enjoy a packed lunch or stop for a meal en route.

Evening:

Arrival in Nairobi: Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon or early evening. Transfer to the airport for your onward journey or to your hotel if extending your stay.
