Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Johannesburg – Cultural Welcome

Upon arrival at OR Tambo International Airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a cultural introduction to South Africa with a guided tour of either the Apartheid Museum or the historic township of Soweto, where you can visit the Hector Pieterson Museum and Mandela House. Later, enjoy dinner at a traditional South African restaurant for your first taste of local cuisine.

Day 2: Johannesburg to Kruger National Park

After breakfast, travel to the renowned Kruger National Park by road or short domestic flight. Upon arrival at your safari lodge, check in and relax before embarking on your first afternoon game drive. This offers your first chance to encounter Africa’s legendary Big Five while enjoying sundowner drinks in the bush as the sun sets.

Day 3: Full-Day Safari – Big Five Adventure

Spend the day exploring Kruger on immersive morning and afternoon game drives. Early mornings are perfect for spotting predators, while the afternoons present excellent opportunities for seeing elephants, giraffes, and plains game. Between drives, enjoy leisure time at the lodge pool or lounge area. All meals are served at the lodge, enhancing your safari experience with comfort and style.

Day 4: Kruger to Cape Town

Enjoy one final morning game drive before checking out and heading to the airport for your flight to Cape Town. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel located near the popular V&A Waterfront. The evening is free for dining, shopping, or simply relaxing by the harbor.

Day 5: Table Mountain & Cape Town City Tour

Today begins with a ride up the iconic Table Mountain, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Cape Town and the surrounding coastline. The tour continues through the city, including the colorful Bo-Kaap quarter, the historic Company Gardens, and Greenmarket Square. Day 6: Cape Peninsula – Scenic Coast & Penguins

Travel through Hout Bay and along Chapman’s Peak Drive en route to the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point. Later, visit Boulders Beach to see the famous African penguin colony up close. The day ends with a relaxed drive back to Cape Town through the charming seaside towns of Simon’s Town and Kalk Bay.

Day 7: Cape Winelands – Stellenbosch & Franschhoek

After breakfast, head into the picturesque Cape Winelands for a day of gourmet food, wine, and beautiful scenery. Visit prestigious wineries in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek for guided wine tastings and vineyard tours.
